Anchor devices broadcast absolute global location using traditional measurements along with short range relative location to peer devices.

• Peer devices can reason absolute location from absolute location of one or more anchors
• More than one anchor device can exist in a mesh

Devices store relative location of peer devices in mesh

Devices in mesh calculate confidence in their location data for other devices

• Further devices has lower confidence
• Confidence is used to determine how peer devices report each device location
• Multiple data points for a device location are used along with confidence to determine a devices guess for another device location
