ISSUES ENCOUNTERED
The mesh solve was non-deterministic — it could lock different/untrustworthy shapes.

SOLUTION
Root-caused the non-determinism and hardened with a trust-gated lock (COMPLETE K4 · RMS ≤ 6 cm · min-sep ≥ 10 cm · STABLE N ticks).
