ISSUES ENCOUNTERED
No structured onboarding doc set existed for new contributors/agents.

SOLUTION
Wrote the docs/architecture/ set (00–09 + README + 08-contributing offline recipe), Mermaid diagrams, with Source-of-truth globs.
