ISSUES ENCOUNTERED
Non-leaders dropped the leader's replicated NodeRecord position (MeshCoordinator:498 set only membershipDirty) and each re-solved its own biased frame → divergent shapes, none locking (CONVERGING 100%).

SOLUTION
Non-root followers adopt the root's replicated constellation and defer their local bootstrap (defersConstellationToRoot); one shape mesh-wide → agreement → lockable for any solvable layout, no coordinates. ConstellationAdoptionTest.
