ISSUES ENCOUNTERED
4 anchors = 6 edges = zero redundancy, so a fixed +0.57/+0.75 m bias is undetectable from ranges alone.

SOLUTION
AnchorConstellationSolver.refine gains optional per-edge weights + observerConstraints (fixed-endpoint range terms from the observer's known positions), making the rigid 4-anchor graph over-determined so a biased edge is out-voted; both default off ⇒ byte-identical solve. AnchorConstellationSolverAugmentTest. (Live-feed of these inputs is #71.)
