ISSUES ENCOUNTERED
The #69b-i observer walk needs the raw IMU stream that the ndjson can't carry; the androidApp overlay is not compilable in the headless env so it ships at-risk pending a device.

SOLUTION
Built a luma black-box codec (BlackBoxCodec/Schema, CRC32 fail-closed, interleaved-repetition ECC), a full-screen overlay armed by the mofe-trace.on sentinel, and an offline python decoder — verified end-to-end through real H.264 (crf 23 & 28, 30/30 exact) and cross-language byte-locked (golden test).
