ISSUES ENCOUNTERED
A mobile client had no self origin (empty selfWorld → blank/garbage FPV) until it could localize from the anchor broadcast.

SOLUTION
Added client self-seed localization from the anchor-broadcast solved position; capture4 validated localized=true for all 1229 selfdiag lines.
