ISSUES ENCOUNTERED
sq≡1.0 and rssi≡0.0 on-device — the NLOS guard is dead, so #69's per-edge weighting has no live quality signal. androidApp is not compilable in the headless env, so the change ships at-risk pending a device.

SOLUTION
At-risk (device-verify): read RSSI/first-path via defensive reflection (getRssiDbm, safe fallback) into signalQuality with a −100..−50 dBm→[0,1] calibration.
